S.A.R.P.'s Student Bursary & Scholarship Application has a new application date deadline from previous years and a new scholarship that is available to first year recreation, sport and leisure students! 📖

All information is currently up on the website and we will be accepting applications between Thursday, March 14 - Monday, April 15, 2024.

TR Awareness Month '24 Recap

Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Awareness Month 2024, in partnership with the Canadian Therapeutic Recreation Association (CTRA) and provincial TR associations, was a huge success!

Thanks to all who joined our sixth annual campaign. Your nominations, social media engagement with #UnifiedTR24, and participation in TR webinars helped raise awareness of the vital work TR Professionals do across Saskatchewan and Canada.

This year, we focused on connecting TR professionals nationwide while highlighting their positive impact on communities through recreation and leisure opportunities.

Introducing Jun, the latest addition to S.A.R.P.'s community! Originally from the University of Regina, Jun's journey in Sport and Recreation Studies (SRS) has fueled his passion for the industry, particularly in college football and the NFL.

Jun's academic pursuits have given him a deep appreciation for the work of professionals in the field of sport. Now, he's eager to connect with like-minded individuals and expand his professional network through S.A.R.P.
